My name is Dilcia Rodriguez. I am a proud Dominican immigrant, a former healthcare professional, and a proud member of this community. I started American Latin Services because our people deserve an expert who truly understands their journey. Too many Latino business owners are overpaying in taxes simply because they don't have the right person in their corner. I am that person.

Too many hardworking entrepreneurs in our community are leaving thousands of dollars on the table every year- not because they aren't smart, but because they never had someone in their corner who understood both their finances and their story.
I'm married with a great husband, and 2 amazing kids.
I love reading, dancing and traveling.
I started my career in the medical field, where I learned that true care means paying attention to every detail and never cutting corners. I bring that same standard to every set of books I manage and every tax return I file. When you work with me, you are not just a client, you are family.
